Aquabion UK is growing, and as part of that growth, we’re hiring a part-time administrator to support our sales team, based in our beautiful Corsham offices. The role is 20 hours per week, and we’re happy to be flexible on specific working days and hours within reason, and within our working office hours.
Who are we?
Launched in the UK in 2010, Aquabion is a well-established water treatment system that operates without current, chemicals or magnets. We supply to domestic, commercial and trade markets and are part of a wider small group of separate businesses, each of us importing this high-quality product to our respective European countries.
What you’ll be doing.
This is a busy role and the capability to be flexible and meet the demands of the business are essential. As a small, but growing business you’ll need to be comfortable wearing many hats, as much of this role is reactive to support the sales team and provide our customers with outstanding customer service.
You’ll spend much of the day communicating with our customers over the telephone and via email, ensuring their queries are dealt with in a timely and professional way. You’ll support our sales team with processing orders and ensure our merchants have everything they need with regular phone calls and contact. We’ll also look to you to manage sales data and our sales system to ensure the information we hold is compliant, accurate and up to date.
It doesn’t happen often, but when we do receive a complaint, you’ll use your first-class communication skills to diffuse the situation and agree on an appropriate resolution.
Who you’ll be?
Confident communication skills are a must in this role – you won’t be phased by phoning customers and merchants or entering into a conversation with a customer over email. Coupled with excellent customer service skills, and a head for detail and data, you’ll have worked for a similar sized business previously, and you’ll appreciate the necessity for initiative and problem-solving skills.
You’ll be able to spot when a process could be more efficient, and you’ll have the confidence to suggest ideas as to how we could be doing things better.

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) based from our beautiful offices at Hartham Park, a converted stately home in the heart of Corsham. We can be flexible on when you work the hours if it falls within our standard working day.

We can offer a salary of £10 - £12ph – dependent on experience.
