We’re ambitious and we’re growing.  We deliver a variety of projects, primarily in the commercial sector with an impressive portfolio of household names.  We also work with private clients and public sector developers.  We understand the commercial pressures of good design and have an impressive track record in successfully delivering high quality projects within budget, whilst consistently exceeding our clients expectations.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be expected to manage and maintain a collection of 2D drawings and 3D models supplied by a range of sources, to ensure design information remains up to date and accessible to others.

Using your proven design experience, you’ll be producing sketch drawings using both 2D and 3D information, to illustrate design issues and solutions in a clear and effective way.

You’ll naturally apply your knowledge of materials and engineering principles to understand the feasibility of manufacture, and construction of the product.

Also, you will monitor and follow quality assurance processes to manage the quality of construction information received from external consultants.

As an experienced Design Technician, you’ll be confident interpreting 2D and 3D IT design information and identifying co-ordination issues.

A confident communicator, with well-rounded technical skills, you will comfortably manage relationships with other technicians, architects, contractors and design engineers. Also, you’ll be commercially aware and client facing, understanding that managing client expectations is paramount.

You’ll hold a good level of experience of using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD in a construction setting.

What’s in it for you?
