BathStone Property is expanding, and to support that growth we’re hiring a Property Manager, based in our beautiful Bath HQ to effectively manage our rental properties, acting as a key point of contact between tenants, landlords and contractors.

Now, we’re hiring a Property Manager to look after our tenants and landlords, providing them with the service and expertise we’re renowned for.
What you’ll be doing.
Well. Where do we start? It’s fair to say no two days will be the same in this busy role. We’ll look to you to act as the pivotal point of contact between our tenants, landlords and contractors, ensuring that our portfolio of 170 managed properties remain in the condition we expect, maintenance happens when it’s supposed to, and statutory requirements are adhered to.
You’ll also be responsible for making sure that new viewing appointments are booked, check in and check out inventories and completed, and all the appropriate reports are undertaken as a part of the inspection process.
But we do have one thing that will make your life much easier. We’ve invested in Jupix Property Management Software. If you’re not familiar with this software, it will become the best tool in your toolkit. You’ll be able to utilise the app to streamline your day to day management of properties, including bookings, tracking maintenance issues and responding to enquiries. You’ll wonder how you coped without it.
Who you’ll be?
We need someone who can come in and hit the ground running – so to be considered for the role, we’ll be looking for a background in Property Management, or even perhaps experience in a negation role, with a desire to build a career in property management.
Our customers are trusting us with their most important asset – their home. So you’ll understand and appreciate the honesty and trust that is expected of us, and you’ll love the idea of working with landlords to realise the potential of the properties they own, and finding our tenants their perfect home.
This role involves a huge amount of plate spinning – managing our property portfolio will only be possible with incredible organisational and time management skills. Alongside that, you’ll also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – and the capability to build valuable relationships, whilst providing brilliant customer service – even when the going gets tough.
Finally, you’ll need your own car and a driving license to be able to travel out to the properties.
