Sales Account Manager
GivePanel are growing fast, and to drive that growth we’re looking to engage with an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage a busy sales pipeline and ensure the business continues its current growth trajectory.
Who are we?
We’re here to improve the way non-profits manage their Facebook fundraising. Since launching Facebook’s giving tools have raised over $2billion for amazing causes in 16 countries. With this valuable new income stream comes an additional set of processes non-profits must adopt – that’s where we come in. We’ve built a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that solves a number of core pain points for our charity clients. Our unique platform and service offering enables them reach out and thank their supporters quicker, capture leads, view analytics, manage data and more.
What you’ll be doing.
This is a crucial role to the growth of the business. Our sales pipeline is a busy one, and right now it all falls on senior members of the team to keep that moving forward. This role will take full responsibility for managing, nurturing and proactively developing a strong sales pipeline and managing prospective clients through the sales funnel.
With the lead generation taken care of, we’ll be looking to you to qualify leads, develop future client relationships and move sales forward to close, utilising a consultative approach and acting as a key point of contact throughout the process. You’ll manage this through software demos’ and consistent communication, timely follow up’s and ensuring potential clients understand the benefit of our software and the problems it solves.
You’ll also be involved with honing and developing our sales processes and systems alongside the CEO of the business to continuously improve and strive for incredible results.
Who you’ll be?
You’ll be proactive, a go-getter who has successful experience in previous sales roles, and a strong track record of delivering against target and exceeding expectations. You’ll be a brilliant communicator, who easily builds rapport and working relationships.
You’ll understand how a strong sales funnel should look, and how to move prospective clients smoothly through the process – not with the ‘hard sell’, but with a professional, consultative and understanding style. You’ll also have the previous experience to advise and guide us on what a great process looks like and help us to set stretching targets and goals accordingly.
If you’ve got experience within SaaS or high-growth businesses, that would be to your advantage. Although it’s not essential, any experience you have within the charity or not for profit sector will be beneficial.

Whilst most of our team are UK based, we can accommodate remote working – including from North America - and we’re open to a conversation around flexible working hours.
Finally we can offer a salary at the annual equivalent of £25,000 to £35,000 plus commission, dependent on experience.
