Due to extensive business growth we have got an opportunity for a Service Breakdown Engineer to work from our Gloucester Head Office, travelling across Bristol and Gloucester.

What you’ll be doing?

You will be responsible for installation, diagnosis and fault finding of domestic gas and heating systems.  Your previous experience and integrity will ensure that you carry out these jobs to a high standard.  On any given day you will be flushing and dosing ground source pipe networks, applying housekeeping best practices and communicating with tenants and clients in a friendly, approachable and professional manner.

You will already be able to produce relevant documentation at a high standard and will continue to adhere to policies and procedures presented by the client.  Your extensive knowledge of current health and safety guidelines will put our clients at ease and ensure your safe working environment.

Who you’ll be?

You are a result focused, driven and motivated individual who has an open and friendly demeanour with experience using Daikin Altherma, Mitsubishi Eco Dan and Dimplex heat pumps.   You exercise your initiative to identify what needs to be done and then carry it out in the most efficient way with attention to detail and pride in what you do.

You will be qualified as a gas engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, you are F-gas registered and have experience in installation (retro fit).  You hold a full driving licence and are passionate about continuing your development through regular manufacturers training.  You are a team player with meticulous attention to detail and your ability to cope under pressure means you are already ahead of the completion!
