We’re growing, and to support that growth, we’re recruiting for a part-time Administrator, to work right here with us at Mployable from our busy Frome office. 

The working hours are either 9.30am – 2.30pm or 10am – 3pm 4 days per week (to include Tuesday and Friday).

Who are we?

We’re ‘hiring strategists’ – but what does that mean?  It means we work with clients to get their hiring strategy right.  We work with them to build their business by making better hiring decisions, ensuring they have the right people in the right place at the right time.  We aren’t a recruitment agency – we act as an extension of our client’s businesses to help them grow strategically and sustainably, as an ‘in-house outsourced recruitment department’.

The role

This is a varied role, and no two days will be the same.  We’ll be looking to you to take care of the day to day operations of running a small, busy office – making sure we have everything we need to enable us to do the best job possible for the incredible businesses we’re lucky enough to work with.

You’ll get involved with the administration of all aspects of the business – from the recruitment and delivery, through to marketing and sales, helping us grow our business by keeping our sales systems and data up to date.

You’ll also be involved with recruitment, providing the best possible service for our clients, managing the relationships with our software providers and supporting with general candidate and client administration, such as telephone screening calls and using our recruitment software to book candidate interviews.  We may even look to you for ad-hoc recruitment support to cover sickness, holiday or busy periods, once you’re up and running in the role.

Who are you?

You’ll be a confident communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and speak to our clients, candidates and your colleagues when needed – supporting us to deliver the high-end, high contact service that differentiates us from anyone else in our market.

You’ll have worked in a small, busy office environment previously, ideally within a growing or start-up business, and understand the high expectations and the value add required within an important admin position, and you’ll be confident working alongside the Director of the business on a day to day basis.

You’ll be incredibly organised and diligent with a superb eye for detail.  You’ll be able to see when something could be done better and have an aptitude for systems and process.  You’ll need to be comfortable working alone, when needed, with a healthy level of autonomy.  We’re a growing business, and recognising that with that, comes a certain level of flexibility, understanding and a cool head under pressure will be paramount to you thriving in the role and the business.

Based from our Frome office on Commerce Park, we can offer a starting salary of £18,000 (pro-rata), plus the opportunity to earn company performance related bonuses and overtime during busy periods.
