Draper Layers are the newest part of the Draper Group.  We look specifically at the commercial breeding and layer solutions for poultry farming, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our fledgling team.

The Draper Group are proud to offer a variety of solutions for poultry farming, poultry climate control and innovative feeding solutions.  Draper Layers is our newest addition to the business offering commercial breeding and layer solutions for poultry farming.  As a growing young branch of the company, we are looking for someone to join our team and help us pave the way forward.

The role 

In this role you will be directly responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service, using your ability to assess situations and dispel any potential issues before they arise.  You will undertake research tasks, supplier communications and ascertain customer needs, all approached with gusto and the desire to succeed.

You will create quotes for customer’s, provide post project analysis, work with our key suppliers, support the Accounts Team, the MD, the Supply Chain and keep your product knowledge up to date.  In short, you will be an integral part of the team, helping everything to run smoothly as you compete each task to your exacting standard.

Who you’ll be? 

You will already be confident in using Microsoft office and have the skills to navigate your way through general administrative tasks with various adhoc duties.  You will be able to prioritise these tasks and ensure that nothing gets missed or forgotten.  You have excellent communication skills and possess the confidence to liaise with all levels of people, both internally and externally and always in the most professional way possible.

Your experience in working with people in a customer centric environment will allow you tackle tasks head on with the courage that each decision you make will have a direct and beneficial impact on the business.
