Graphic Mill are growing, and to drive that growth we have created a new position - we’re hiring a Sales Executive, with a creative industry background, to join our Sales Team, based from our Head Office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Who are we? 

Graphic Mill create and deliver show-stopping exhibition stands, brand activation events and spectacular window displays specifically designed to draw attention to a product or service and put it on the map.  We take pride in our work and therefore no one product is the same, everything is tailormade.

With over 50 years’ experience in the display industry we can safely say that our team is packed with creativity and forward-thinking individuals - all of us have meticulous attention to detail.  Graphic Mill are looking for someone to join our team, someone who shares our ethos, our dedication and our driving desire to create something unique and striking that will deliver maximum impact.

The role 

You will be responsible for new lead generation, managing the sales process and the subsequent account management for new and existing clients.  You’ll take responsibility for the process, from making first contact, to taking the client brief through to managing the relationship and beyond.  Your strong attention to detail and highly developed communication skills are paramount in listening to the client and ascertaining their vision.  You will see the project through from conception, presentation, negotiation, closing the deal and the on-going relationship and account management.

Your positive can-do attitude means that you are already a great team fit, you believe in the ethos of this company and want to take the business forward through your creative approach to all situations.  You understand that one size does not fit all, and you strive to work with the wider team to tailor each solution to not only fit the brief, but to exceed client expectation.

You have a powerful drive to succeed and are determined to break the mould in doing so – your unique way of thinking means that you can show a client what they want, before they know themselves.  Your strong background of working to targets and KPI’s shows that you enjoy the challenge and excel under pressure; you also understand that a happy team gets better results, and therefore you love what you do!

Your experience in a creative industry means that you can’t wait to show us what you’re made of – not least your sharp communication skills, confident personality and ability to build long term relationships.  You understand that these relationships will ultimately grow the business through repeat custom, word of mouth and a reputation that speaks for itself.  You’ll also need to have experience of selling a concept, a vision and a service, deeply understanding the role you play in the success of both the transaction and the future relationship.

You believe in talking to people on a human level, you know that the best way to please a client and close the deal is to apply your modern sales technique.  You achieve results through collaboration, consultation and professionalism.  You also see the travel time as an opportunity to let your imaginative juices flow and bring your best game to each appointment.

As well as a basic salary of up to £25k, and a total year one OTE of up to £50k, this role will also have access to our pool car for client visits and company business.
