Mployable is growing and to support that growth we’re hiring a Business Development Executive, to drive new sales, develop relationships with our existing client base and to play a key role in our recruitment revolution!

We can offer remote working from home, although once we get back to some semblance of normality, you will be attending various networking events. A salary of £24k - £40k Y1 OTE (basic pro-rata) per annum, 3 days per week 9 – 5 plus you get to work in a really supportive, progressive team where we don’t just value your skillset, we really value you and the dynamic you can bring to us.

You’ll be using your proven powers of persuasion to identify and develop sales opportunities, resulting in the regular acquisition of new subscription clients, managing inbound and outbound leads from enquiry through to sale.  Managing and driving the full sales cycle, from first contact through to purchase, you’ll continuously build a strong sales pipeline, appropriately managing new clients through the sales process to the point of purchase.

You don’t need to have worked for a PPI company but a certain resilience to cold calling will definitely be necessary as you’ll be contacting prospective clients and existing leads via LinkedIn and on the telephone.  That said, we have such a great service to sell that you’ll be overjoyed and enthusiastic at being able to share the possibilities with as many people as you can pack in to one day by proactively researching prospects, understanding the recruitment marketplace, including the businesses that are regularly hiring, and ensuring Mployable are first in line for tender or sales opportunities.

So, who are we looking for?  It should go without saying that you are driven, motivated and self-sufficient.  Comfortable working autonomously with a demonstrable success rates in sales for a service-based business.  Naturally nurturing you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term and meaningful relationships.   Ideally you’ll have worked previously for an SMEand if you have a little black book – that’s a bonus.

You’ll be ambitious, positive and effective in communicating what we do to as many prospective clients as possible, shouting about us from the rooftops and generally making us sound absolutely marvellous.  You’ll be aligned with our ethos and vision and genuinely believe that the Mployable way is the only way forward for recruitment.
