Datasharp Integrated Communications is an award-winning, leading provider of unified communications solutions and we are still growing! To support that growth we are looking for a Head of Sales to expand our sales team, manage all sales activities for the business and oversee the day to day management of the sales department.

As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll be working closely with the wider management team to assist in the implementation of and achieving our future Business Plan. You will have complete ownership for all sales strategy and at a tactical level you will recruit, train and lead your team. You’ll be able to bring new ideas, contacts and rigour to the business to help us grow further. You will be ‘hands on’ working with customers, dealing with larger clients and taking the lead dealing with problematic deals and their closure.  As our Head of Sales you will take the lead in director level conversations and reporting.

Who are we looking for?  You’ll have an outstanding, proven, track record of successfully building and managing sales teams, coupled with over 3 years’ experience and knowledge of the unified communications market (voice, data, video, mobile, hosted/cloud comms and security, etc.).  You’re highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a tangible passion for sales and a demonstrable ability to implement and achieve KPIs.  Your collaborative approach to management will ensure that your team will be motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

We are seeking a consummate sales professional who is looking to promote to Director level in the future, who will share our ethos and be committed to delivering on our vision and future strategies.
